Avocado & Chocolate Brownie

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
1 tspn baking powder
1 cup mashed avocado (aprox. 2 avocados)
1 1/4 cup soy milk
1 tspn vanilla extract
2 Tblspns vegetable oil

Directions

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the mashed avocado, soy milk, vanilla and oil together before combining with the dry ingredients. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
