Squash - Butternut (x1)

Grown at Huxham's Cross Farm. A very sweet tasting and popular squash, with a high flesh to seed ratio. This suberb squash tastes divine in risottos, curries, soups and pies. The intensity of flavour when roasted is mouthwatering.
