Grown at Huxham's Cross Farm. Mooli or Daikon radish is a root vegetable similar in shape to a carrot with a flavour that's similar to a mild radish. This white, crunchy root vegetable can brighton up meals, adding texture and sweet flavour to dishes and condiments. Cubed, grated or sliced, it adds bite and character. Common in traditional Japanese food and other Asian cuisines. The leaves can be used in salads or soups too.
