We are delighted to present the Local Wheat Bagel - a hyper-local bagel baked in Dartington and made with organic flour that has been milled by the Dartington Mill at The Almond Thief Bakery, and grown on the Dartington Hall Estate at Old Parsonage farm. Using a combination of whole wheat and white flour, plus all the other magic ingredients that make a Montreal bagel special, this really is a unique bagel, full of flavour, and one that Dartington can be proud of! It is topped with a yummy mix of toasted wheat germ and bran giving it warmth and depth of flavour. The flour is called Cornovi, a mix of seven different seeds grown together to be more resilient to seasonal variation and is available on the Apricot Centre website as 'Devon Landrace Blend'.
