Grown at Huxham's Cross Farm. French tarragon rather than Russian tarragon has a superior taste with much more tender leaves. It has a sweet peppery flavour and subtle hints of vanilla and aniseed. A perfect match with chicken, it can also be used to flavour oils and vinegars.
