
Organic YQ Wholemeal bread flour from our wheat and milled in Dartington.
YQ stands for “Yield and Quality”, a population wheat of many modern varieties crossed together to create a wheat that adapts to local conditions providing a stable, resilient yield. Full of flavour, this flour makes fabulous biscuits, pastry and cakes, and makes a good loaf but has lower gluten levels than the Devon Landrace.
