
Organic Wholemeal bread flour from Apricot Centre grown wheat and milled in Dartington.
Fred Price, friend of Dartington Mill, developed a blend of seven heritage wheat seeds that he called 'Cornovii', fittingly named after a Celtic tribe. Introduced to Dartington in 2020, the seed has adapted to the Devon climate and soils. Now we like to call it 'Devon Landrace Blend'. Ideal for breads, and also pastry and cakes.
