A great family loaf, perfect for sandwiches, this loaf has a light, fluffy closed crumb. Made using the same dough as our Country loaf meaning there is plenty of wholegrain goodness, a sweet nutty flavour and a moist crumb.
Ingredients:
Organic Stoneground White Flour and Wholegrain Rye Flour (Cann Mill, Shaftesbury), Organic Stoneground Wholewheat Flour (Field Bakery, Bridgewater), Water, Salt.
