Our pigs are British Lops, bred on an organic farm and raised by us since 8 weeks of age. They have been rotationally grazed on herb rich pasture for the last 6 months and fed a homegrown ration of barley, peas, beans, wheat and oats, with no soy needed!
There is nothing quite like holding fruit and veg that fizz with life after they’ve been harvested and hold on to that energy for days after. It brings us joy to work with such ingredients, that we know is grown with such love and care.
