I mainly head up the vegetable growing operation on the farm. We have been expanding year on year so this generally keeps me busy, especially in the growing season. In the winter, I like to have some time off. I like seeing things grow and come to fruition but the best bit about growing vegetables is that if it all goes wrong you get another chance next year!
